All in Faith

Day Sixteen: 40-Day Journey of Gratitude

"When life's adversity knocks at your door, answer it. Because whether you know it or not, you already have the strength to overcome them. Open your eyes and look deep within and find that inner strength and courage that you already have, to get through them. It is time for you to show the world what you are an overcomer." Uncle Paul

Day Fifteen: 40-Day Journey of Gratitude (Part 2)

"Now is the time to forgive the ones that have hurt us and to forgive ourselves. If we continue to hold on to unforgiveness, we will continue to be locked up in our mental prison. You see, forgiveness says to the one that hurt us, I'm beyond your reach now. You no longer control my life. I will no longer allow you to deplete my energy. I choose to unlock the mental prison door that I have been locked behind. I declare and decree that my prison doors are now open, I reclaim my power, and I now give you to God, and I will never look back. If Jesus could forgive the very men nailing him to the cross, I guess, I can forgive you.  You are forgiven, and I am now free. I now give myself permission to celebrate, my new-found freedom. Let go, forgive and be free." Uncle Paul

Day Ten: 40-Day Journey of Gratitude

"

One of the hardest things in life is to find the strength to shine again, in the face of our public failures.  We are all a work in progress, and maybe we should change the way we look at our failures. Just maybe we should see them as a life turning point because each of our failures has helped us evolve into the people we are today. So, today I am truly thankful for every one of my failures, and you should be too."

Day Nine: 40-Day Journey of Gratitude

"Every challenge in my life, has become a classroom, that has taught me some of life's most profound lessons. My life's challenges have taught me, that I can endure very difficult challenges with a certain degree of confidence, knowing that I've been tested before, and I passed my test with flying colors. You see, before life's trials, I didn't know my own strength. I now know the I can and will overcome my next life challenge. So, I drop to my knees and thank God for the opportunities that I have been afforded to learn at the feet of life's challenges." Uncle Paul

Day Eight: 40-Day Journey of Gratitude

"Remember this, there is a purpose for everyone you meet in life, both positive and negative. No relationship is a waste of time. Even the wrong ones have a purpose, for they prepare us for the right ones. Appreciate everyone that enters your life, because they are all contributing to your growth and helping you become better as an individual." Uncle Paul

Day Four: 40-Day Journey of Gratitude

Day Four: 40-Day Journey of Gratitude

Today, I am thankful for my haters. What I have learned over the years is that having haters in my life is a good thing. They help me understand how blessed I am. They also remind me, that someone cares enough to be watching me, so I must be doing something right. But most of all, it gives me an opportunity to show someone who really needs it, some love.

"God uses all kind of people to help you with your testimony. The very person that's hating on you could be the one God uses to help you. So, treat people like you want to be treated, no matter how they treat you. You never know how God can turn your haters, into your biggest cheerleaders. Use you your haters to build you a testimony." Uncle Paul

Day Three: 40-Day Journey of Gratitude

"You may not have the best of everything, but you are alive, and you probably have more than most people do.  There comes a time where you must count your many blessings, and once you do, you will realize what you have, so, appreciate it, and take care of it. Consider the simple thing in your life that you have and be grateful for each of them." Uncle Paul

Do you hear what I hear?

"The universe is speaking to us but, we are not listening. Our bodies are speaking to us, but we are not listening. Our relationships are speaking, but we are not listening. Life is speaking to us, but we are not listening. The wind is speaking, but we are not listening. The birds are speaking, but we are not listening. God is speaking, but we are not listening." Uncle Paul
