We must never let our past steal our present. We can spend a lifetime analyzing a situation from the past, trying to justify what could have, would have, or should have happened. Or, we can leave the pieces of our past behind us and walk toward a new day. We must stop being a prisoner of our past and become the builder of our future. The more we live in the past, the less we will be able to create the future we desire.
Our past has already been written, and we can't change what has already happened. Our future is yet to be written, but it is what we do today that will determine how our future will be written. Let the past remain in the past. We must move on from the past and be the best person we can be without allowing our past baggage, to mess up our future. Remember this, yesterday is gone, today is a gift from God and tomorrow is a mystery, so we must live for today and not let our past steal our present nor our future.
