Let Go & Grow

Let Go & Grow

One of the hardest lessons in life is learning to let go. Sometimes we fight to hold on to things that we know we need to let go.  When we hold on to things too long, we will be contaminated with their toxic thoughts, choices, and attitudes. Holding on too long can be dangerous, to our mental and physical health. We have to emotionally free ourselves from the pain of the past and let go of the things that once meant a lot to us, even if it hurts. So that we can move beyond the past and the pain it brings us. Letting go of the past paves the way for us to refocus ourselves, and reevaluate our self-worth and begin a healthier path forward.

Uncle Paul’s Thought: Change is never easy, but we must let go of the things we don’t need. Never abandon your sanity for something that you should have let good a long time ago. Remember this, the thing that you pay the most attention to grows.  So, focus on what really matters and let go of what does not. Let go and grow.

It’s Just a thought.
