Stop wasting your time trying to make people change. Some people don't want to change, and there is nothing you can do about it. Trying to make someone who has no desire or motivation to change is like trying to teach a dog how to read – It will not happen! People will only change if they want to and when they are ready. In the meantime, focus on yourself and how you can best use your time and energy in a positive way.
