I have the power and choice over what I say out of my mouth and my actions. If I don’t want to say something, I don’t have to say something. If I don’t want to do something, I don’t have to do it. It’s my choice. I am not a victim to my emotions or actions. I have the power to control them. What I say or what I do is my choice, and there are no excuses. I must own it.
