Never put your vision in the hands of someone that does not understand it. It was given to you for a reason. Your job is not to get other people’s buy-in. The vision has been appointed to you, and you have to cultivate your vision. You have to be willing to put in the time to work your vision. Success can be a lonely road, and no one will understand your vision more than you. It’s your vision, and you have to be willing to walk the path alone, and you must be prepared to work your vision by yourself.
