This journey of life that I have been traveling has come with some hurt, pain, and scars. Each of my scars is like a group of tattoos, that even though each one was etched on my naked skin, one at a time. Combined they create a masterful piece of art. They are like a road map that helps reveal where I’ve been and what I’ve been through. Each one of my scars has its own story, that must be told. So, instead of hiding my scars, I choose to let them all tell my story, the good the bad and the ugly. After all, even my scars have a purpose.
