When I look back over my life, I don’t want to just remember the pain that I endured over the year. I would rather focus on the strength that I gain through the pain and take time to appreciate how far I’ve come. I’ve been through a lot of pain in my life, but the truth is, my pain grew me. If it were not for my pain, I would not be who I am today. I could not see it at the time, but, in the end, even my pain had a purpose.
