If we are to enter the journey to our dreams, we must prepare ourselves for the transformation process. We must understand that the transformation just doesn’t happen. It takes a plan and a willingness to work hard. Nothing great was ever accomplished by just sitting around and remaining seated in one’s comfort zone. It requires not only a belief that we have the power to change our lives in a positive way. It also requires action, belief and action must work together in harmony.
