Life is not always easy, and sometimes in life, we must face the hard things that life brings us. Those things that most of us avoid. Those things that make us feel uncomfortable. Those things that we hide from, instead of facing them head-on. Those things that others can’t do for us and we have to do them alone. Those things that push us to find the strength to push forward.

You see, it is the hard things that ultimately build us up and change our lives.  It is the hard things that make the difference between just existing and living. It is the hard things that make the difference between knowing the path and walking it. It is the hard things that make the difference between a lifetime of empty promises and one filled with fulfilled dreams. If you are to live a fulfilled life, then you are going to have to do the hard things to get there. You can't avoid them; you have to face them.

Uncle Paul’s Thoughts: Life is not always easy, and what I have learned over the years, is that we all have to walk the path of our own trials and tribulations. No one can walk that journey for us, and it is a necessary part of life. However, it is those hard times, that help us grow and help us find that hidden strength that we had we did not know we had. Why not say, thank you for the hard times, for without them, we would not be who we are today.
