None of else are immune to pain or insulated from suffering. No one gets to skate through life trouble-free. Life is a series of ups and downs, sometimes more downs than ups. There are times when it looks like as soon as you solve one problem, another problem is waiting to take its place.
So, we ought not to be surprised when we go through trials and tribulations. Because things are going to happen. There is going to be some dark day. Our hearts will be broken. We will sometimes feel abandoned. There will be times when we feel as if we are out of options. There will be times when the pain is so great, that we feel as if we can’t go on.
It is in those times that we must take time and cast our burden on He who will sustain us. Life happens, but, it’s how we choose to deal with it, that makes the difference.
Uncle Paul’s Thought: Trails and tribulations are all a part of the processes of life. It is while we are sitting in our pain, we must ask ourselves, what is life trying to teach me at this moment? Once we can find an answer to that question, we can move on to our next challenge. There is a lesson somewhere in our pain.
